Forgot Your Password?

Use this option if the email containing your temporary password was deleted of ir you forgot your updated password.

1. Go to the Login Screen

Navigate to the DIVA login page to begin the password recovery process.

2. Click the [Find Password] Button

On the login screen, click the [Find Password] button to proceed with resetting your password.

3. Enter Your Email

Input the email address associated with your account to receive password reset instructions.

4. Check Your Email for Temporary Password Instructions

A password reset link has been sent to your registered email. Check your email to find your temporary password or follow the reset link to set a new password.

After logging in with the temporary password, be sure to update it to a new password for security reasons.
